What Others are Saying:

If you like quick and easy recipes this book is for you!
This book has some great recipes. Every one is really quick and easy and takes a minimum of work. Many use cake mixes in them, which I have no problem with. In today’s busy world, women need all the extra time they can get. These recipes make baking a snap and I appreciate the time they save.

There is a good variety of recipes as well. From cakes to pies to puddings and more. I am using a low-glycemic meal plan at the moment so I wouldn’t be able to make a few of the recipes. However, the Homemade Low-Fat Brownie recipe has a low glycemic index and I was able to try it out. The brownies were delicious and I felt like I was having a real treat! It’s a great recipe.

From reading the rest of the recipes I think they will be tasty as well.

If you’re in a hurry, you’ll enjoy this book.
Just Love this Diet Recipe Book Using Fruit
Imagine that, desserts as a diet food! I love my dessert, but I am also dieting. Normally you wouldn’t think the two can coexist, right? So when I came across this book, I had to have a look. It didn’t disappoint.

The author talks about how she ate fruit desserts as a part of her weight loss efforts a while back and she has been successful in keeping the pounds off. Sounds like the kind of thing I needed to learn about.

What I found in this book are some very creative and delicious, “sweet tooth satisfying” fruit desserts that are of a diet and weight loss nature. What fun!

If you enjoy your dessert and don’t want to miss this part of the meal when you are dieting, the recipes in this book are definitely worth a try.

Indulge Your Sweet Tooth Without The Guilt!
Healthy body and yummy desserts are rare combinations. I came from a family that loves to cook and EAT. After I gave birth, I thought I would lose the baby pounds but I gained a few extra more because I truly enjoy eating sweets and yummy desserts. Friends would tell me to watch my diet and to skip desserts because it will make me fat. My co-worker recommends this book to me.

Good news: Dessert is not always bad! The book, Fruit Is Not Dessert: Rich Low-Calorie Desserts (Scrumptious Low-Calorie Recipes Cookbook) [Kindle Edition] changed the way I look at desserts. The book includes mouthwatering and low calorie recipes that are easy to make. I especially love the fruit and pudding dessert. The recipe is a combination of pudding, gelatin and fruits. With this book, I can prepare healthy and delicious dessert for me and for my whole family to enjoy!

What they are saying:

A laugh-out-loud cookbook. Who knew?
This book is hilarious, and definitely the most nutritious 50 Shades parody out there. The introductions to the book and to the individual recipes are written like a an erotic prose poem. Anyway, kale always seemed so virtuous but I never know what to do with it. Well, guess that problem is solved. Recipes look awesome. Thanks.
The Queen of Kale
I recently discovered quite by accident the amazing powers of kale. In the past few years I’d heard it was like the #1 most important vegetable we could put in our system. In the past few months I’ve started making kale smoothies almost every morning. I’ve noticed when I don’t have one I don’t feel as well and the minute I make one and start sipping, I feel better. Add to that, I’ve had alopecia for the past 10 years which got particularly inflamed last year during a cancer treatment. These kale smoothies I believe have single handedly helped my once delightfully think and gorgeous hair to grow back at exponential speed. I can’t wait to try more of these recipes and get even more kale into my body. I’m convinced and I know this Queen/Goddess of Kale has so much to teach me in a quick but thorough style. I’m very grateful to have this book in my hands.

Erotic Recipes?
What an absolute find!

This very well researched recipe book will not only help you create some stunning delights with Kale, but it will have you in stitches too. Very creatively written!

The book is well constructed, and extremely informative. Dr. Drew has really injected a lot of very insightful info into this book on the many benefits of eating Kale.

As a kid who hated his spinach, I have grown in a man who finally understands the reasons why my mom would always tell me to “eat your greens…”

With this book, I now have so many great ways to add mass amounts of goodness into my body.

What Amazon Readers are saying:

Serious knowledge for fruit lovers
Honestly, I was expecting more information about Goji Berries, Maca and other superfoods but to discover this wondrous book which spells out in detail all the incredible things regular fruit does for our bodies is a complete blessing. It is so easily known that we need lots of fruits and vegetables in our diets. Lately Weight Watchers has even stopped counting fruits as points and said eat as much to your heart’s content. This is a great book that reawakens our sleeping knowledge about such an important part of the universal diet. Everyone can learn something about fruits they eat regularly and those they might have overlooked which can become new and stunning favorites to add to their diet.

FRUIT – Yes Please!
This is a very well organized and informative book explaining what exactly are superfoods and why we need them. This book gives us an easy to understand detailed explanation about the nutritional value, health benefits, and the best ways to include these fruits in our diet. My favorite part is the health benefits. We already know that fruit is good for us, but with this book we learn why. With this knowledge I will certainly eat more fruit and live an even healthier lifestyle. I’m looking forward to the next books in the series. PATS

A detailed list of healthy fruit superfoods
If you’ve been curious about “superfoods,” what they are, and why they are called that, this book gives useful information. It has a directory of fruits that are superfoods. For each fruit, it gives the nutritional value, health benefits, and how to include these foods in your diet. In my own experience, I have eaten fruit at any time of day, during a meal or as a snack, without any problems. However, the author gives the optimal combinations of fruit and meals if you wish to schedule your eating.

How can you not love an exercise book with this title? From the time I started reading I felt great and really wanting to workout even though I’m not a man. Hey, I workout and I’m looking for great gluts too. Mr. Domingo offers sound advice with tongue in cheek humor for getting the best gluts with a kettle bell. The title alone is worth buying the book. Seriously though he tells it like it is. Women love looking at the rear view so why not give them something to admire? Who knows the next one could be your future wife!
