In this book Victoria gives us excellent nutritional information on a whole host of legumes (I’d only ever heard of a few of them) and best of all (for a novice like me) helps up to incorporate these superfoods into our daily diet. I would highly recommend this book and the others in the series to anyone serious about incorporating healthy alternatives in their diet.
