Great Resource for Good Nutrition and Health
Amazing guide to vegetables that are especially nutritious with a guide of how best to consume them for optimum health benefits. This is the author’s second book about superfoods, the first one was a similar collection and guide to super fruits. I can’t wait for the other books coming out in this series that will cover nutrient dense meats, fish, legumes, grains and fats. This is a roadmap to a healthy diet, and I highly recommend it.

This book contains a wealth of information about vegetable that are especially rich in nutrients and their health benefits. I love the organization of the book which is by the alphabet, so you’ll find beets under B, and so on. A must have reference book for anyone interested in good nutrition.
