Wonderful Breakfast Ideas
To me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But sometimes I get into a real rut. This is a wonderful recipe book that shares some great ideas for breakfast. I’m sure my children will appreciate it if I make some of these instead of the same old things. I found my mouth watering at almost every page.I love this recipe book!
Firstly, I love breakfast and second – I am always looking for good recipes that are also lower calorie. This book gives me both and the recipes look really yummy! I can’t wait to try them all. I really love this author’s style and I’m definitely going to check out the rest of her cookbooks as there are several that look equally as good.Morning Goodness indeed!
I LOVE breakfast – my wife is one of those naughty ladies who never has time for it, but I’ll always be found attacking the cereal box first thing in the morning. But cereal can be a little dull at times – especially if you are trying to be healthy and not go for the sugar laden delights of Frosties…I’m a fan of Joan’s no-nonsense approach to imaginative healthy eating – no low carb or additive packed recipes are to be found in her books, but plenty of tasty low calories recipes are included. Many can be prepared the night before, and can be used for several days if kept in the fridge (such as the delicious Apple Spread) and many others can be eaten at other times of the day too (Banana Bread, Coffee Cake, Homemade biscuits and more). Each recipe includes nutritional information so you can easily choose which one is moist suited to your day AND your diet!

Just Love this Diet Recipe Book Using Fruit
Imagine that, desserts as a diet food! I love my dessert, but I am also dieting. Normally you wouldn’t think the two can coexist, right? So when I came across this book, I had to have a look. It didn’t disappoint.
The author talks about how she ate fruit desserts as a part of her weight loss efforts a while back and she has been successful in keeping the pounds off. Sounds like the kind of thing I needed to learn about.
What I found in this book are some very creative and delicious, “sweet tooth satisfying” fruit desserts that are of a diet and weight loss nature. What fun!
If you enjoy your dessert and don’t want to miss this part of the meal when you are dieting, the recipes in this book are definitely worth a try.
Who says you cannot have your cake and eat it too
Great book with quick recipes, you can loose weight without giving up scrumptious desserts. Thank you for getting me cooking again.
Indulge Your Sweet Tooth Without The Guilt!
Healthy body and yummy desserts are rare combinations. I came from a family that loves to cook and EAT. After I gave birth, I thought I would lose the baby pounds but I gained a few extra more because I truly enjoy eating sweets and yummy desserts. Friends would tell me to watch my diet and to skip desserts because it will make me fat. My co-worker recommends this book to me.
Good news: Dessert is not always bad! The book, Fruit Is Not Dessert: Rich Low-Calorie Desserts (Scrumptious Low-Calorie Recipes Cookbook) [Kindle Edition] changed the way I look at desserts. The book includes mouthwatering and low calorie recipes that are easy to make. I especially love the fruit and pudding dessert. The recipe is a combination of pudding, gelatin and fruits. With this book, I can prepare healthy and delicious dessert for me and for my whole family to enjoy!
